Arnica backend services running on AWS Lambda were degraded between 2024-07-28T00:31:00Z and 2024-07-28T11:41:32Z due to an unexpected image deletion. We have redeployed the code to production, which recreated the image and the service is restored. We are continuing investigation with AWS to identify the root cause of this deletion and ensure this issue will not occur in the future.
